Refund Policy.
POD Library sells digital design files. Because files are delivered instantly and can't be returned once downloaded, all sales are final, with the limited exceptions below.
All sales final
By completing checkout you acknowledge that you're buying a digital product with immediate access. Once your order is paid and the download link is issued, the purchase is non-refundable.
When we will refund
- The file you received is corrupted or technically broken and we can't replace it.
- You were charged for the same order twice.
- Clear, demonstrable error on our side (wrong product delivered, etc.).
Email support@pod-library.com or use the contact page within 14 days of purchase with your order number.
What happens to designs you've printed
Anything you've already printed and sold using designs you purchased is yours to keep selling under the License Terms. You can request a new download link for your purchases at any time.
