1.Agreement
By creating an account or purchasing from POD Library, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use POD Library.
2.What you're buying
POD Library sells one-time purchases of digital design files (individual designs and curated packs) for use on physical products you produce and sell, subject to the License Terms. There is no subscription; you only pay for the items you buy.
3.Payment & delivery
Payments are processed by Shopify. After successful payment, your download links are delivered by email. We grant a perpetual, non-exclusive commercial license to use the files you purchased.
4.Refunds
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. See our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions (broken files, duplicate charges, our error).
5.Acceptable use
You may not share account credentials, redistribute the original digital files, or use purchased designs to populate competing marketplaces or design bundles. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6.Intellectual property
All design files remain the intellectual property of POD Library and its contributors. Your license grants the right to use the designs on physical merchandise, not ownership of the files themselves.
7.Disclaimer
POD Library is provided "as is" without warranty. We do our best to keep the service available and the library growing, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
8.Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
